Who we are

I am the daughter of a seamstress mother who was always elegantly dressed and who sewed my clothes when I was a child… I remember making a hooded cape in black oilcloth, lined with red velvet on the inside like Little Red Riding Hood ". I loved this garment that has not left me for many years:) I really enjoyed wearing unique, original and made with love clothes.

It is in this context and quite naturally that I became a Personal Shopper for several major luxury brands, but my dream was to choose my own collections according to my tastes and desires. It is thanks to my meeting, a few years later, with my companion Alexis (a lover of India) that my desire will come true! Totally seduced by the incredible beauty and quality of the fabrics, I decided to launch a first collection.

We exhibit on the Nice craft market, on various designer fairs and supply several stores in France and Europe.
The epidemic that occurred in 2020 prompted us to open our online store: L'Atelier de Sonja, born in September 2020.

The shop is fully managed by us: productions, photo shoots, layout, customer service, preparation and shipment of packages...
Alexis is the official photographer of Atelier de Sonja. I am the model.
