Return items within: 30 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations
But do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, we cannot accept returns for :
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (food or flowers for example)
- digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns conditions
Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
Attention for buyers outside the European Union: Do not forget to specify on the package the mention "Return of goods", to avoid paying customs taxes on the returned package.
Any customs taxes will be deducted from the refund.
