Shipping and Delivery

Order preparation before handover to the carrier takes 2–3 business days. Preparation is separate from transport. If you need a last minute special and fast delivery request, let us know directly by private message so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Indicative transport times, excluding preparation:

🇫🇷 Standard shipping: 2 to 3 working days

🇪🇺 Express shipping: 2 to 5 business days

🇺🇸 Express shipping : 5 to 10 business days

🌎 Rest of the world : 5 to 15 business days depending the country of destination

Destinations and import charges

We do not deliver to French overseas territories.

For the United States, our shipping terms are DDP: the customer should not have additional import duties or taxes to pay on delivery. Contact latelierdesonja@gmail.com if the carrier requests such a payment.

For other destinations outside the European Union, any import duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Statutory rights in the event of delayed delivery remain applicable.
