The shirt was made with a silk and rayon blend fabric (70% silk and 30% rayon). Rayon is a regenerated cellulose fiber made from natural sources such as wood, this fabric is generally used for making "saris", the traditional outfit of Indian women. This fabric is both light and very comfortable with bright and colorful prints. I hunt for these fabrics during my numerous trips to India and more particularly in Rajasthan in Jaipur.
My clothing collection is based on a subtle blend of traditional and modern. This kimono will accompany you on all occasions, day or evening. I entrust the making to a small workshop in Pushkar, a village located about a hundred kilometers from Jaipur in Rajasthan. It's a friendly team who carefully creates my creations, everything is done by hand, from cutting the fabrics to final assembly.
